Meet Our Founder

I'm Rita Okoro, a business leader with over ten years of experience in Human Resource Management. I'm passionate about boosting productivity while creating a healthy and enabling environment for employees. 

 

I am an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), with a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology  which is the foundation of my passion for the wellbeing of the workforce as a whole. 

 

Having worked in a variety of industries; Advertising, HR Consulting, Hospitality, Information Technology, Recruitment and Local Government, I am able to provide a personalised solution to unique challenges that businesses face. My drive for results ensures that I always find creative ways to extract insights that support effective decision-making for business leaders.
